In this post today, I’ll show you how to draw a cat.
First you need color markers or crayons; oil pastels are ok , too, as long as they don’t need brushes. I use my watercolor markers, which I like a lot because they give watercolor effects but still easy to use.
I use three colors but you can use as many colors as you like.
First, I draw a horizontal oval and color it. However, remember when you color, leave two holes for the eyes or else you can color the eyes later because they’ll mixed up.
Then I draw two triangles on the oval for the ears. Remember that you can use as many colors as you like, no limitation.
Next you can color the eyes. I personally like adding some extra eyelashes for a girly look (because she’s a girl).
Other parts of the face are easy. Just a spot for the nose and a curved line for the mouth. You can add whiskers, I don’t.
The body is a little complicated, you need to stay focus when you draw it. Make a horizontal line from the head, down then up then horizontal then down again and up. Then add the tail. Just watch my video if it’s too hard to understand ^^)
Voila! There’s a cat.
